Rachael Salter has been helping clients navigate their insurance needs since 2018. A Mobile, Alabama native, she serves as an Account Manager at Schneider Insurance, assisting customers with policy changes and renewals to ensure their coverage stays current and aligned with their needs.

Before joining Schneider Insurance, Rachael spent five years with State Farm, where she developed a passion for making insurance understandable and accessible. She takes pride in breaking down complex coverage into clear, simple terms—so customers can protect what matters most with confidence.

Rachael is known for her understanding, patience, and joyful energy, bringing a positive touch to every interaction. She especially enjoys working with curious, communicative clients who want to better understand their coverage and feel empowered in their decisions.
